Monish Todi, PDCH, MBSCH, PGDBA, the founder of Cogniting Minds, is a certified hypnotherapist with international credentials, and 400+ hours of therapy experience. He is a full time member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and The British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Integrative Psychotherapy.

Monish is dedicated to helping individuals tap into their inner strengths, break free from limiting patterns, and embrace meaningful transformation.


He works collaboratively with clients, fostering self-awareness and resilience through a supportive and non-judgmental approach.
