what you can expect:
Initial Conversation – We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like to
change, and what you hope to gain from the process.
Explanation – I’ll gently walk you through how hypnotherapy works, clear up any
misconceptions, and answer any questions you may have.
Guided Relaxation – You’ll be guided into a calm and focused state of mind. You remain aware, in control, and able to come out of it at any time.
Therapeutic Work – Using guided imagery and positive suggestions, we begin working
with the patterns or challenges you’d like to address.
Reflection – We’ll take a few moments to reflect on your experience and discuss any
next steps, at your pace.
Most people find their first session deeply relaxing, often much simpler and more
comfortable than they expected.
This can vary depending on your goals and how your mind responds to the process.
For more focused goals (such as habit change or confidence building), some people begin to notice shifts within 2–4 sessions.
For deeper or long-standing patterns (such as anxiety or emotional challenges), it may
take a few more sessions to create lasting change.
Rather than being a quick fix, hypnotherapy is a gradual and collaborative process, where each session gently builds on the last.
Both online and in-person hypnotherapy sessions can be equally effective.
In-person sessions offer a dedicated, face-to-face environment where you can fully
disconnect from daily distractions.
Online sessions offer the comfort of being in your own space, which many people find
even more relaxing and conducive to the process.
All you need for an online session is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a
pair of headphones.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative journey, guided at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Each session is tailored to your experience, helping you better understand your mind, work through challenges, and move toward a more balanced and grounded
way of living.
